Our Christmas Event gives kids a unique opportunity to enjoy the holidays to the fullest. They can chat with Santa and have a great Christmas time at our event.
Make your own personal decorations for our event’s Christmas Tree. We even have a soecial workshop for kids and parents available throughout the event.

Here you can find the answers to the most frequently asked questions about our event.
Which attractions are available?
In winter, all attractions, with the exception of selected water attractions, are open for you. Due to the weather, however, attractions may have to be closed at short notice.
There are lockers in various places of the entertainment center, which can be used by your guests. The lockers are separately marked on the map. We recommend to find a locker before visiting the event venue.
Where can I leave my luggage?
Where can I park?
In general, all visitors of the Christmas event can use our parking spaces P1 (Mystery) and P2 (China Town). On arrival, you will be allocated a parking space by our traffic service staff.
Is there a shuttle for all guests?
Your guests can use our regular shuttle from 30 minutes before the opening of the venue and up to 75 minutes after its closing at a fare of $ 3.00 (departure from the local train stations).
Can guests join us later?
All entrances are open until 8 p.m., so that late arrivals can join the arrangements with an evening event. From 8 pm the venue can only be entered via the secondary entrance.
